Throughout her years working with athletes, Kristy noticed something important: the people who were most successful weren’t simply handed a nutrition plan and sent on their way. They had someone who understood their routine, knew what they were working toward, and checked in consistently. That combination of personalized guidance and accountability became a cornerstone of the way Kristy works with clients today.
Kristy describes herself as a “no BS person.” She is honest, practical, and realistic about where someone is starting, while being equally passionate about helping them get where they want to go. Whether the goal is weight loss, improved health, more energy, better performance, or simply feeling better day to day, she looks at the whole person—not just the number on the scale.
Her philosophy is rooted in real life. A healthy lifestyle still includes restaurants, vacations, holidays, celebrations, dessert, and pizza. Kristy does not believe in labeling foods as “good” or “bad” or expecting perfection. Instead, she teaches clients how to make thoughtful choices, enjoy the foods they love, and understand how to create balance over time.
Most importantly, she wants her clients to develop habits they can actually maintain. Nutrition should support your life—not take it over.
As a wife and mom of two boys, Kristy understands firsthand how busy life can be. She strives to lead by example by staying active, making nutrition part of everyday life, prioritizing her own well-being, and still making room for family, fun, and balance.
Her expertise has also extended beyond her work with clients and athletes, including being featured in Meghan Trainor’s book Dear Future Mama.
